1.Shipping Policies

Charge for Transportation
Shipping costs depend on how much your products weight.

Estimated Delivery Date
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment received (weekend and bank holidays excluded). All items are in stock subject to prior sale and they may be withdrawn at any time. Items not in stock (orders for a good that cannot be filled at the current time due to a lack of availability) will be placed on backorder and processed as they become available (depending on our supplier) within 15-30 days from payment. Items not in stock because their availability does not reach the quantities requested by consumer will be placed on backorder and processed as they become available within 5-20 days from payment. Orders placed until 3pm Mon-Fri (weekend and bank holidays excluded) will be shipped the same day.  NV Elektronika d.o.o. is not responsible for any import duty. In case of import, customers are the only responsible for all import licence/fees in their countries. We will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Inspection of Goods/Damages
Before unpacking goods, customers must inspect all goods on receipt and note visible damage (you must look at each package to see if there is any damage such as holes in the carton, dents or dented corners, rips or tears in the packaging, etc.) and shortage on the freight bill/receipt (e.g. number of packages, type of damage, etc.). Never sign for any package before you inspect it carefully and fully. If you notice any damage please sign for the goods as damaged upon receipt. All claims for damages or shortages must be made to the courier within 7 days of delivery. No claims can be accepted after that date.

Unclaimed Parcel
Orders will be automatically cancelled if any unclaimed or undeliverable parcel stocked in the courier warehouse is not collected within 5 working days.

2.Guarantee

Terms of Guarantee
According to EU Law (1999/44/EC), all goods sold by NV Elektronika d.o.o. are covered by a 2-year guarantee. The guarantee is valid only when goods are paid for in full and if the product operates according to manufacturer's specifications. To access the guarantee service consumers must keep their PDF invoice (which is enclosed to their order confirmation email)  or their proof of delivery. Consumers need to report a problem within two months of discovering it. Accepting our Terms and Conditions consumers take note of our Assistance Policy of guarantee.

Guarantee Disclaimer
This guarantee is valid only for consumers who purchase without a VAT number. NV Elektronika reserves the right to refuse free of charge service if the guarantee period as per the invoice date or proof of delivery has expired. This guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, and operations against manufacturer's specifications. If a claim is not covered under this guarantee, or no faulty hardware components are found by an authorised Repair Centre, consumers will be charged for standard service cost (and shipping fees, if any). No claims can be accepted for any delay in replacement/repair of goods implemented by unauthorised Repair Centres.

2-year Guarantee
In the case of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge by repair, replacement or to have an appropriate reduction made in the price. NV Elektronika can refund the total amount of an order or substitute one or more items of an order with different products (of the same or higher specifications) if for any reason NV Elektronika could not give back (refurbish or replace) a guaranteed good to a consumer.

Return of Goods
If a good is eligible for return it has to be shipped with all its parts and components (manuals, cables, etc.) and in its original packaging. Motherboards must be returned with their socket covers (if available) and socket pins must be intact. No return will be accepted if any of these conditions are not fulfilled, and all goods will return to their owner and NV Elektronika will withhold the payment. To prevent shipping damage, we suggest to place the original packaging into another box. No label/tape/stickers must be placed on the original box.

Disclaimer
NV Elektronika will not accept and will send back to consumers the following products:
- items without their original packaging and their components and parts (e.g. manuals, cables, etc.);
- items packed in an inadequate manner whose content has been damaged during transportation.
In all these cases consumers are responsible for the delivery fees. The guarantee is not valid for items shipped without their original packaging and without an adequate external boxing not authorised by the Repair Centre.
In case of Hard Disks or Storage Devices repairing, NV Elektronika will not save or backup any consumer’s data or uninstall any software. NV Elektronika will not be responsible for any data loss while performing repair or service. NV Elektronika can invalidate the guarantee of a product if it has been tampered with or if its serial number and part number labels have been altered or removed. In case of direct or indirect damages to people or things, customers have no right to refund and have no contractual/extra contractual liability. In case of modifications of the Terms of Guarantee, NV Elektronika will apply all the terms in force at the time of the purchase.

 

3.Right of Withdrawal

Terms of Withdrawal
The terms of withdrawal are subjected to law regulation and they entitle consumers (i.e., a physical person who buy goods for no professional use, or someone who buy goods without a VAT number) to withdraw from a sale agreement for any reason. Consumers shall send an email to sales@nv-networks.com within 14 days from delivery date, and report their identification number. The identification number can be requested by filling a specific form which can be found in your personal account after logging in. Please note that consumers who buy goods through a VAT number have no right of withdrawal.

Conditions of Withdrawal
1. If an order has been already delivered, consumers cannot return it before 14 working days from delivery date. An order is marked as returned as consumers deliver it to the post office/express courier.
2. Merchandise not in "like new" condition as well as defaced, abused, neglected, or similar merchandise, may not be accepted for return during the return and refund period. Some conditions that will prevent an item from being returned, but not limited to the following, are: smoke, pet hair, stains due to food, drink, pets, bodily fluids or any other substance.
3. Consumers are responsible for return shipping fees and they will not be charged of any other fee in case of withdrawal.
4. If all the above conditions are fulfilled, refunds will be made by NV Elektronika via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally processed without extra charges within 30 days since we received your notice of return. A refund is complete when the total amount is credited, shipped or refunded.
5. If a promissory note has not been already collected, it shall be refunded to its consumer. If an order is eligible for withdrawal, consumers are always entitled to be refunded and no specific provision can limit it.
6. If a consumer, a professional or a third-party payer (that is, a person who is the payer of a purchase but not its beneficiary) claim a credit with NV Elektronika for an amount which is lower or equal to the amount of a withdrawn order, they can use such amount to exercise their right of withdraw with no extra fees (in this case the professional who has an agreement with a third-party payer shall notify him about the execution of his right of withdrawal).

Returning Item
Consumers are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. Items shall be delivered via registered mail along with the identification number toNV Networks - Logistic Center Sežana, Partizanska cesta 79, 6210 - Sežana (Slovenia) within 14 days from delivery date. NV Elektronika will refund the total amount (and withhold a part of it if the original packaging has been damaged)  within 10 days since the withdrawn order has been received. Refund will be processed and credited back to the original credit card or bank account. In case of bank transfer, consumer shall notify to NV Elektronika his bank details.

 

4.Payment

Payment Methods
NV Elektronika accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- PayPal
- Advance Bank Transfer

Credit Card
When credit card is selected as payment method your issuing bank will charge the due amount. If customer dismiss an order, or if NV Elektronika does not accept the sale contract, hence NV Elektronika will request the order cancellation as well as the chargeback procedure. The chargeback procedure follows bank’s regulations and timeframes (up to 24 days), and after this procedure is requested NV Elektronika is not responsible for any problem or delay caused by your issuing bank. NV Elektronika reserves the right of requesting documentation and additional information to verify the card ownership; NV Elektronika reserves the right of disagreeing the contract if customer refuses to transmit these information. NV Elektronika cannot access to personal information of the card owner during the credit card payment process; the information needed to complete the payment process are transmitted directly to the issuing bank through a secure connection. For this reason, NV Elektronika cannot be liable for any fraudulent action by third parties occurring on its website during the payment process.

PayPal
If you choose to pay by PayPal you will be redirected to the secure PayPal section for the final purchase. Your personal Credit Card and/or bank details will not be transmitted to NV Elektronika but they will be directly managed by PayPal. If an order is cancelled or refused by NV Elektronika, the total amount will be credited on your PayPal account. NV Elektronika is not responsible for any problem or delay caused by PayPal during the refunding process. Payments through PayPal shall be addressed to paypal@nv-networks.com.

Advance Bank Transfer
If you have chosen to pay by advance bank transfer your payment must be credited to NV Elektronika bank account within five (5) working days after order confirmation (an order will be cancelled if advance bank transfer is selected as payment method and no payment has been made after five (5) days). Please note that your order will be shipped only after your bank transfer has been credited to our bank account. Please note that customers are responsible for all bank transfer fees. Please specify your order number (as provided in the order confirmation email) as transfer description.
Customers are required to send their bank transfer confirmation via fax (+33 1741 80 536) or email (sales@nv-networks.com).
